White Wine Sauce with Shallots and Herbs

Ingredients:
11 oz. More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce1 bay leaf
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tsp. thyme, minced
1 shallot, minced
Salt and white pepper to taste
Steps:
Bring wine, herbs, and shallot to a simmer and reduce by 3/4.
Add More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce and simmer until sauce reaches preferred thickness.
Add butter and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
Strain and serve over pork, seafood or poultry.
