Cabernet Peppercorn Demi-Glace

Ingredients:
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. shallots, chopped
3 Tbsp. Black Peppercorns, crushed
2 Tsp. Olive Oil
1/2 c. red wine
11 oz. More Than Gourmet Red Wine Sauce
1/2 c. heavy cream
Steps:

In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté mushrooms, shallots and peppercorns in olive oil.
When vegetables are tender, deglaze the pan with the red wine and reduce by two-thirds.
Whisk in the cream, reduce to half.
Add More Than Gourmet Red Wine Sauce; simmer for another 1 minute and then remove from heat.
Serve with veal, beef, lamb or pork.
