They will brew up a 5-gallon batch of beer while covering the basics of extract brewing, from prep to bottling. Get tips and tricks that will help you make amazing homebrew!

WE WON’T GET FOOLED (BY BEER) AGAIN! Thomas Cornwell of The Boston Beer Company will explore the most common beer misconceptions such as “Dark Beer is Heavy, Wine is More Complex Than Beer, and Beer Doesn’t Pair Well with Food”.
He will discuss multiple beer syles and pair each beer that is sampled with a cheese.
