When you think of eating a slice of pizza, an ice cold pitcher of beer comes to mind to wash down that spicy sauce or sweet pineapple. When you think of fresh ricotta, garlic and oregano you may think of sitting down to a nice Sunday dinner with a bottle of wine to share with family or friends.
